Nothing here is structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, regulatory or legal advice. Anything touching safety, approvals or construction goes to a qualified person.

NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR SITE MEASUREMENT

A drawing is evidence of what the drawing shows. Fit, condition and feasibility still need someone measuring the actual flat.

NOT A LAYOUT FOR YOUR FLAT

Flat-type names such as 3-room, 4-room and 5-room do not prove a floor area or an arrangement. Every guide works from the exact plan you actually hold.
